We are currently hiring an experienced machine operative to join a leading manufacturer. You will be in a busy workshop environment.

Hours: Monday to Friday – early finish

Rate: £13.14 standard, overtime available in the morning at T1/2 + piece work bonus

Type: Temp to perm

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate a variety of engineering machinery such as plasma, drills, punctures
• Moving materials around the site.
• Assist with making steel products and components
• Delivering high-quality finishes in a workshop environment while maintaining excellent safety and quality standards.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in metalworking
• Overhead crane certificate dated in the past 5 years
