Road Freight Import Clerk We are recruiting for a Road Freight Import Clerk to join our client''s busy and growing team based near Sunbury on Thames. This is a great opportunity for someone with import experience to manage shipments efficiently and develop their career in a supportive environment.Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:30pmSalary: £32,000 - £34,000 (depending on experience)Key Responsibilities:Manage road freight import shipments from arrival to deliveryPrepare and submit customs entries accurately and on timeLiaise with transport providers and clientsHandle invoices, quotations, and costing for shipmentsTrack shipments and resolve any delays or issues promptlyMaintain accurate records and ensure compliance with customs regulationsExperience in air imports would be an advantage but is not essentialRequirements:Proven experience in road freight import operationsKnowledge of UK customs procedures and import regulationsExperience with systems such as Cargowise, Sequoia, or MultifreightStrong attention to detail and ability to work independentlyExcellent organisational and communication skillsFull UK driving licence preferredInterested?
