We''re looking for a hands-on Engineering Team Leader to guide our night shift team through a period of growth and ongoing investment. The Role:

• Lead and support a team of skilled night shift engineers
• Oversee PPM and breakdown response across a wide range of kit
• Drive performance through coaching, mentoring, and daily support
• Carry out root cause analysis and support CI across the site
• Ensure Health & Safety, food safety, and site standards are upheld
• Work closely with other teams to ensure smooth handovers and communication

What We''re Looking For:

• Multi-skilled engineering background (electrical/mechanical) - ideally in food or FMCG
• Previous leadership or senior engineer experience
• Problem solver, clear communicator, and team builder
• Calm under pressure and passionate about continuous improvement
