Head ChefWe are seeking an experienced and passionate Head Chef to lead the kitchen operation at our Bar. This is a hands-on leadership role, responsible for delivering consistently high-quality food while managing kitchen performance, costs, and team development.In this role you will have a say in the menu choices.The successful candidate will take full ownership of menu delivery, kitchen standards, and team management, ensuring an exceptional dining experience for all guests.Key ResponsibilitiesLead, manage, and motivate the kitchen team on a day-to-day basisPlan, develop, and deliver menus in line with the brand and customer expectationsEnsure all food is prepared and presented to the highest standardsManage food costs, stock control, ordering, and supplier relationshipsMaintain strict compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health and safety regulationsTrain, develop, and mentor junior chefs and kitchen staffOversee kitchen rota planning, staffing levels, and performance managementWork closely with senior management to drive quality, consistency, and profitability
