What you''ll be doing: Supporting pupils with additional needs in their learning and personal development Working closely with class teachers to create engaging and interactive activities Helping children develop social skills and positive relationships Maintaining a safe, supportive and nurturing learning environment Making a genuine difference to young people''s lives every dayWhat we''re looking for: A genuine interest in supporting young people, especially those with mental health needs Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Patience, empathy and resilience Previous experience is a bonus - but not essential as full training will be givenThe role: Hours: 8:30am - 3:30pm, term time only Pay: from 90 per day and upwards depending on experience Start: ASAP and Temp to Perm options Location: BraintreeWhy work with us?
