Service Engineer - Fire & Security Systems

Our client, a leading provider in fire and alarm systems, is seeking a Service Engineer to join their team in Swindon/ Bristol/ Bath or Reading areas. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in multi-discipline engineering, with a focus on fire, emergency lighting, and associated alarm systems.

This role involves delivering planned maintenance, reactive and remedial call-outs, and ensuring compliance with British Standards (including BS5839) and current legislation. You will communicate effectively with customers, promote company values, and uphold a professional image at all times. Occasional supervisory duties and support for colleagues may be required.

Successful candidates will demonstrate a systematic approach to problem-solving, exceptional attention to detail, and excellent communication skills. A strong track record in delivering service activities within the fire and alarm sector is essential, along with the ability to work under pressure and independently.
