Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented-Junior Accountant-to join our growing finance team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop their accounting career while gaining hands-on experience across multiple areas of finance, including bookkeeping, payroll, management accounts, and financial analysis.

Key Responsibilities

-Maintain accurate-bookkeeping records, including processing invoices, receipts, and financial transactions

-Assist in preparing-monthly management accounts-and financial reports

-Process and support the administration of-payroll, ensuring accuracy and compliance

-Monitor project financial performance, tracking costs, budgets, and profitability

-Produce-detailed sales analysis reports-to support business decision-making

-Reconcile bank accounts and resolve discrepancies

-Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures

-Support senior accountants and management with ad-hoc financial analysis and reporting

Requirements

-A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, or currently studying towards a professional qualification (e.g., AAT / ACCA / CIMA)

-Strong numerical and analytical skills

-High level of-attention to detail and accuracy

-Proficiency in-Microsoft Excel-and accounting software

-Good organisational and time-management skills

-Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Desirable Skills

-Previous experience in bookkeeping or finance-related roles

-Experience with payroll processing

-Familiarity with financial reporting and management accounts

-Understanding of project cost tracking and sales analysis
