AV Service Engineer Salary: £40,000 - £55,000 (DOE) Location: London - Home / Field Based08 00 Monday - FridayRole:Attend service and preventative maintenance visits to clients throughout London and surrounding areas, minimising downtime for clients within the region.Duties: Attend out reactive service calls, liaising with clients and resolving their issues quickly and effectively.Carry out pro-active preventative maintenance visits.Fault finding and troubleshooting network related issues.Acting as the point of contact for clients when on site, keeping them informed of any progress.Provide training and mentorship to Junior EngineersTroubleshooting control system and DSP issues.Maintaining up to date service documentation. What You ll Need: Minimum 3 years AV experience with strong experience fault finding and troubleshooting audio visual systems.Understanding of networking principles.Technical knowledge of AV controls, audio DSPs and IPTV systems. Experience with systems such as Crestron, QSYS, Poly Logitech and Mediastar would be highly beneficial.Excellent customer service skills.
