New Build Sales Progressor

Sales Progressor, with previous sales progression experience required for an exciting new role for our established client. Salary is up to 35,000 depending on experience.Our client will consider an applicant who is currently working as an Estate Agent but looking to move out of the industry, utilising their experience in a Sales Progression role for a new build developer.Duties:Responsible for progression of sales from reservation to legal completionProcessing of all legal documentsEnsure all sales systems are kept up to date relating to plot salesUpdating sales trackers for each site on a weekly basisMinute the weekly sales meetingAudit all reservation paperwork Update and distribute all sales reports accuratelyAttend weekly Build/Sales meetingsHost weekly sales progression call with company solicitor and IFAs with instructed estate agents, and solicitorsUpdate CRM with progression notes together with auditing updates from Site SalesAuditing Rightmove to ensure appointed agents using correct informationCollating and issue data for Homeowner SurveysBenefits:Up to 35,000 per annumOn-site parking25 days holiday plus bank holidaysPrivate healthcarePensionExperience required:Previous sales progression, sales progressor experienceEstate agent, estate agency experienceExperience in the new build, new homes, residential build is highly desirableKnowledge of NHBC is highly desirableAbility to multi-task and remain calm under pressureExcellent communication skills, both verbal and
