for a motivated individual to join our Business IT team as a

Service Delivery Manager .

This role is ideal for someone ready to grow into a leadership position while working alongside experienced Service Delivery Managers. You\''ll gain exposure to a wide range of IT service management responsibilities and play a key role in supporting our security-related initiatives.

What You\''ll Be Doing

Supporting the Service Delivery Manager Lead in managing service levels, supplier performance, and asset lifecycles.

Assisting with the delivery of IT services across the business, ensuring alignment with operational goals.

Collaborating with existing Service Delivery Managers to contribute to

security-related activities , including:

Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIAs)

Supplier security evaluations

Security education and awareness initiatives

Participating in service reviews, incident and problem management, and continuous improvement efforts.

What You\''ll Bring

A strong interest in IT service management and a desire to develop leadership capabilities.

Experience in IT operations, support, or coordination roles.

Excellent communication and organisational skills.

A proactive mindset and willingness to learn from experienced colleagues.

Familiarity with ITIL or SFIA frameworks is beneficial but not essential.
