Interim Production / Operations Manager - Bakery Mid Glamorgan, South Wales Contract: 3-6 Months Start: January 2026 £400-£500 per day We are seeking an experienced, hands-on Production / Operations Manager to support a growing bakery operation based in Mid Glamorgan. This is a contract-only interim assignment, focused on delivering immediate leadership, structure, and operational improvement within a fast-paced food production environment while the business recruit a permanent member of the team.
