Order Pickers / Warehouse Operatives Rugby (PM Shift) Ideal Recruit is currently looking for Order Pickers / Warehouse Operatives to join our client s busy logistics site based in Rugby CV 21 areaMain duties include: Order picking using voice-picking system and hand scanners Loading and unloading stock Replenishing shelves and maintaining stock accuracy Packing and labelling goods ready for dispatch Keeping the work area clean, tidy, and safe at all times Following health and safety procedures Requirements: Previous warehouse or order picking experience (essential) Good understanding of English (spoken and written) Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude Must be available for full-time PM shift Shift and Pay: Shift: 3:00 PM 11:00 PM (Monday to Friday) Pay rate: Up to 30 hours £14.20 per hour Up to 37.5 hours £14.70 per hour Immediate start available If you re interested, please apply here, and I ll contact you as soon as possible.
