Supply Desk have the pleasure of working with an Ofsted rated andldquo;Goodandrdquo; school in the Eastleigh, who are looking to employ a 1:1 teaching assistant for a child with additional needs in Year 3. The school is a thriving suburb school that has happy and hardworking pupils who are proud of their school.

Job Description:

• 1:1 with a child with additional needs in Year 3
• Supporting with Maths, English, spelling but also social interaction
• Able to liaise with other adults to support target setting and reaching key goals
• Full time role with the opportunity of a permanent contract

Individual Profile:

• UK school-based experience mandatory
• Experience within a classroom
• Good subject knowledge
• Must have good classroom and behaviour management
• Passionate, enthusiastic and proactive individual
• Intervention experience preferred
