Regional Sales Manager North UK Location: North UK, ideally based in or around Manchester area Employment Type: Full-time Salary: Circa £45-50k basic + car/car allowance, laptop, mobile + uncapped commission (OTE circa £90k) A pioneering British technology company in the catering equipment sector is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to join its high-performing commercial team. This field-based role is focused on identifying and developing new business opportunities while building and nurturing long-term relationships with dealers, end users, and stakeholders across the North of England. Key Responsibilities: Drive new business growth and increase market share across the region Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients in the catering industry Promote and educate partners and customers on the benefits of cutting-edge cooking technologies Meet and exceed sales targets, working independently and in line with company KPIs Work closely with the wider sales, marketing, and technical teams to support client success Leverage CRM tools to manage pipelines and customer engagement Act as a brand ambassador, attending trade events, demonstrations, and client meetings Ideal Candidate Profile: Proven sales experience, ideally within the catering, foodservice, or kitchen equipm
