Data Administrator
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Data Administrator to provide maternity cover within a busy team. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing data processes, producing reports, and supporting operational efficiency across multiple sites. (Manchester, Liverpool and Warrington you must be prepared to do 2 days a week on site)Key Responsibilities:Maintain and update monthly data sets accurately and on time.Prepare and deliver monthly performance reports for internal stakeholders.Liaise with customers to resolve queries and ensure smooth data handling.Raise Purchase Orders (POs) and record transactions in line with company procedures.Ensure compliance with data integrity and confidentiality standards.Collaborate with internal teams to support business objectives.Essential Skills and Experience:Strong IT proficiency, with advanced Excel skills (including formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis).Previous experience in data administration or similar role.Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.Strong communication skills for dealing with customers and internal teams.Desirable:Experience working within housing or local council environments.Familiarity with procurement processes and financial transaction recording.Any knowledge of Assett ManagementWhat you need to do nowIf you''re interested in this role, click ''apply now'' to forward an up-to-date copy of your CV, or ca
