Join one of the Southeast''s most respected private developers, known for delivering award-winning residential projects. We''re looking for a technically strong Civil Engineer ready to take the lead on high-profile developments, from concept to completion.

The role:

• Design infrastructure for residential schemes - roads, drainage, foundations, and services
• Work on projects from planning through to delivery
• Prepare and submit Section 38, 104, 278 and 106 applications
• Liaise with Local Authorities, attend site meetings, and solve technical issues
• Support and mentor junior engineers

About You:

• Degree in Civil Engineering
• Residential infrastructure design experience (roads & drainage)
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, PDS, and Flow
• Ambition to achieve Chartered/ Incorporated status (support on offer)
