Supply Desk is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Teaching Assistant to support the network of fantastic primary schools we work with in Horsham. This role offers flexibility, with opportunities to make a real difference in the lives of young learners with diverse needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• andzwj; Provide 1:1 or small group support for all pupils including those with SEN, adapting to their unique learning needs.
• Create a positive, inclusive environment that promotes the well-being and development of every student.
• Manage challenging behaviour, using appropriate de-escalation techniques.
• Adapt to different school environments and work collaboratively with staff.

Requirements:

• ££ Experience working with children with SEN (including Autism, ADHD, or learning difficulties) is highly desirable.
• A genuine passion for supporting the learning and development of children with SEN.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• £ Current DBS registered on the Update Service or willingness to apply.
