Groundworker 19-21 per hour Temporary (12 months)40 hours Staffordshire Hamilton Woods Associates are currently recruiting for a Groundworker to carry out repairs and maintenance on a temporary basis in and around the Staffordshire area. Responsibilities of the Groundworker:Complete general repairs and maintenance on social housing propertiesCarry out fencing, slabbing, brickwork, block work and rendering Remove and refit rainwater and soil pipesCutback and prune trees and shrubsReport any potential repairs and safeguarding issuesArrange materials for siteUtilise a PDAAdhere to all health and safety regulations Essential Experience of the Groundworker:Basic DBSFull UK Driving LicenceExperience of working in a similar role ideally within social housing.
