Maintain trackers and reports with up-to-date information. Handle inbound and outbound customer calls and emails, ensuring resolution and satisfaction. Follow structured processes and Standard Operating Procedures. Collaborate with internal teams (MMID, Production Planning, Commercial) to meet customer needs. Maintain SOPs, customer data files, and other support documentation. Key Requirements: Proven customer service experience. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
