You will take ownership of cost management, contract administration, procurement strategy, and commercial reporting. Working closely with operational teams, you''ll ensure financial control and risk management throughout the project lifecycle-from pre-contract to final account.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in civil engineering or infrastructure projects, strong working knowledge of NEC contracts, and a proven ability to manage commercial teams and high-value packages. A relevant degree or professional qualification (e.g., RICS) is preferred.
