Site Manager – Industrial Strip Out | Luton (LU1) | Immediate Start

We are looking for an experienced Site Manager to oversee a small industrial unit strip out project in Luton (LU1) starting Monday 27th April.

Scope of works includes:

• Strip out of alarm & fire electrical systems
• Blockwork demolition
• Floor repairs

Key Responsibilities:

• Full site Health & Safety management (primary focus)
• Coordinating trades & ensuring works run to schedule
• Maintaining site compliance and standards

Requirements:

• Valid SMSTS / CSCS / First Aid
• Proven experience managing strip out / demolition projects
• Strong H&S knowledge and leadership on site
• Available to start immediately
