Our "Strengths-Based Model of Practice" supports a multidisciplinary approach to enabling and supporting people who lives with barriers caused by physical ill health, mental health, frailty, and ageing. We are looking to appoint a full time occupational therapy technician in the Early Intervention and Prevention Hub (EIPH) which is a short term ''front door'' service within the Borough of Bridgend, providing time specific responses in a person centred, strengths based, and outcomes focussed way. This team will often be the first contact that anyone has had with Adult Social Care, it is therefore important that people can explain their situation, feel listened to and supported. The team is multidisciplinary, the post holder will be required to work collaboratively with the EIPH Team Managers, Senior Practitioners, Nurse, Social Workers, Social work Assistants and Support workers.
