We are currently recruiting reliable and passionate Secondary Supply Teachers to join our team from September 2025. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced teachers or ECTs to deliver high-quality education across different schools, gain valuable experience, and build professional connections-on a schedule that suits you.

As a Secondary Supply Teacher, you will step into classrooms to cover teacher absences across Key Stages 3 and 4. You will be expected to deliver pre-planned lessons, manage behaviour effectively, and support pupils in staying on track with their learning.

• Delivering pre-prepared lessons in your subject specialism or general cover

• Managing classroom behaviour in line with school policies

• Ensuring a calm, productive learning environment

• Building rapport with students and staff across various school settings

• Following safeguarding procedures and school protocols

• Providing feedback to the relevant teaching staff after each lesson or day

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or QTLS

• Experience teaching in UK secondary schools (KS3 and KS4)

• Excellent classroom management and communication skills

• Adaptability and confidence in working across different school environments

• A proactive and professional attitude
