The Role - Graduate SEN Teaching Assistant

You will support pupils through 1:1 and small-group interventions, helping them access learning, develop communication skills, and build confidence. You will work alongside teachers, SENCOs, and external professionals. In this Graduate SEN Teaching Assistant role, you will receive extensive CPD and training - particularly relating to challenging behaviour management and personal care.
