We are seeking a talented and experienced Head Chef to lead the kitchen team at a brand-new, high-volume restaurant in Middlesbrough. This is an exciting opportunity to put your stamp on a fresh opening and deliver outstanding international cuisine to an excellent standard.

With 250 covers, this will be a busy and dynamic environment, so proven experience in high-volume establishments is essential. Experience working with Asian or Indian cuisine is desirable.

The Role:As Head Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of kitchen operations and leading a brigade of 15 chefs.
