This position leads weekly continuous improvement (CI) meetings focused on unplanned stops and top losses using structured LEAN problem-solving tools and the PDCA cycle. The role works closely with teams to drive improvement activities, quantifying outcomes and tracking benefits. You''ll also be responsible for managing and acting on performance data, including preventative maintenance. Support for projects, process upgrades, and technology implementation also falls within this remit.Essential Skills, Experience, or Qualifications: Previous experience within a regulated manufacturing environmentExperience in Lean, Six Sigma, KAIZEN, or similar methodologiesExcellent communication and people skillsHNC/HND or a Degree in Engineering or a related technical field Advantageous Skills, Experience, or Qualifications Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or higher certificationProject or Change Management training/cert
