The Role As a Support Worker, you will visit clients in their own homes. Supporting individuals with mental health, learning disabilities, and other complex needs, helping them to live more independently, improve their wellbeing within their community, and access the community with your guidance and support. Key Responsibilities Your duties span seven core areas, ensuring comprehensive support for your clients: Daily Living Support: Assisting clients with daily routines (personal hygiene, cooking, cleaning, shopping), and supporting medication routines.
