Working Monday to Friday 37.5 hours per week. Commutable from Leicester, South Leicestershire, Rugby, Nuneaton and surrounding areas. Main role of Accounts Assistant The main purpose of this role is to look after the transactional side of accounting including Accounts Payable, Credit Control and various other finance tasks. Undertaking data entry and data analysis and being able to pick up all Finance tasks within the team if required. Responsibilities of the Accounts AssistantFull end to end Ledger duties; including assigning entries to correct accounts and payments.Accounts payable and receivable.Inputting data into SAP, updating ledgers, and maintaining accurate financial recordsUpdating weekly cash book and assisting in cash forecastingUpdating the balance sheet reconciliations and daily banking.Assistance with Credit control and aged debtProcessing
