Deep Clean Operative (Temp to Perm)We''re looking for a reliable Deep Clean Operative to join our team on a temp-to-perm basis.the candidate needs to be based out of Colchester, Chelmsford, or Ipswich, covering stations across the East and South network.Main ResponsibilitiesYou''ll carry out deep cleaning and periodic cleaning duties across station environments, with a strong focus on washroom deep cleans.Tasks include (but are not limited to):Washroom deep cleans (toilets, sinks, mirrors, floors, consumables)Pressure washing, steam cleaning, and reach and washGlazing and high-level cleaningFloor scrubbing, carpet and upholstery cleaningGraffiti, gum, waste removalStation deep cleans, lift and shift / clean sweepsBike shelter maintenance and light maintenanceWorking during possessions and isolations (rail safety critical)Areas CoveredPlatforms, bridges, stairs, subways, entrances, concourses, car parks, cycle sheds, lifts, ticket offices, waiting rooms, WC washrooms, kitchens, mess rooms, and offices.All areas must be left free from dirt, dust, debris, graffiti, algae, guano, scale build-up, and similar contaminants, in line with WPPs.Equipment UsedScrubber dryers, pressure washers, steam cleaners, reach and wash systems, wet and dry vacs, carpet cleaners, gum removal machines, and general power tools.Housekeeping and ITMaintain equipment, vans, and cupboardsComplete pre-use checks and report faultsUse handheld devices and apps (Work-IT)Take clear before and after photosSkill
