Refrigeration Engineer!

Salary: Up to -45,000 basic + Call out retainer
Location: Covering east midlands and east anglia
Hours: 40 hours per week

We are looking for an experienced Refrigeration Engineer to join our growing team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys varied site work across industrial environments and wants a strong basic salary with fair, transparent overtime and call-out pay.

The Role

• Service, maintenance and fault-finding on various chillers which include water & glycol chillers
• Working across FM, offices, ice rinks, data centres and factories
• Diagnosing and repairing breakdowns efficiently and safely
• Participating in a 1 in 8 call-out rota + call out retainer
• Completing paperwork and reports to a high standard

What We''re Looking For

• Proven experience working with chillers or indsutrial refrigeration
• Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills
• Relevant refrigeration qualifications (e.g. F-Gas, NVQ)
• Full UK driving license
• Professional, reliable and customer-focused attitude
