This is a varied and client-focused role, ideal for someone who is organised, proactive and keen to build a long-term career within wealth management.Working as part of a collaborative team, you will provide key administrative support to Advisers and Client Relationship Managers, helping to deliver a high standard of service and ensuring a smooth client journey from onboarding through to ongoing portfolio management. Key Responsibilities:Preparing and processing client documentation, including AML and KYC requirements Maintaining accurate and up-to-date client records within the CRM system Handling client enquiries via phone and email, ensuring a professional and timely response Managing adviser diaries and scheduling client meetings Supporting the preparation of client review packs and annual review documentation Assisting with new business processing, including applications and policy updates Liaising with product and platform providers to obtain information and resolve queries Drafting and sending client correspondence Supporting general office administration and ensuring a professional
