We work closely with our clients to deliver the most budget-efficient, environmentally aware, time-sensitive solutions, based on the individual requirements of each project. Job Description:Follow, champion and lead by example on all Company''s Standard Operating Procedures.Liaise with ocean lines and hauliers to obtain best possible rates and securing the booking.Assist with organising and delivering logistical aspects of a tour/event as required by the Project Manager.Create trusted relationships with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.Ensure all quotes are raised in BoxTop and followed-up with the client, taking a proactive approach to customers to see if they wish to proceed.Timely communication with the client updating them on their shipments.Responsible for following shipments, set-up end to end monitoring which may require completion outside of core hours. Ensure good practice in shipment tracking by air, sea and road.Convert quotes into live projects on BoxTop in accordance with our SOPs.Update BoxTop with current job costs without delay so the billing can be actioned.Accurately record all job details in BoxTop and Invo
