We are now looking to recruit for an experienced Credit Controller in our office. Customer focus is key in this role and the ability to manage the customer account from process improvement, billing management and query resolution. You will ideally be commercially focused and drive all financial aspects of a rapidly growing business to deliver exceptional cash flow, customer relations, minimise credits and improve profitability. The Key Role Activities Contacting Debtors and customers regarding credit. Billing process improvement Customer account reviews Payment prediction Statements Payment requests Pro-active query resolution Updating and Posting Cashbooks. Reconciling payments. Discrepancy management Updating customers online accounts.
