Due to continued investment and growth, they are looking to strengthen their engineering team with the appointment of a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer.Applications are welcomed from electrically biased, mechanically biased, or fully multi-skilled engineers with experience gained within manufacturing, FMCG, production, process, military, or other fast-paced engineering environments.Commutable from Worcester, Bromsgrove, Redditch, Kidderminster and CheltenhamThe role:Complete planned, preventative and reactive maintenance activities across a range of automated production equipment.Diagnose and repair electrical, mechanical, pneumatic and control system faults to minimise downtime.Read and interpret electrical schematics, pneumatic diagrams and mechanical drawings.Use the site''s CMMS system to record maintenance activity and support asset reliability.Support condition-based maintenance and asset improvement initiatives.Identify recurring equipment issues and contribute towards long-term engineering solutions.Participate in root cause analysis activities and implement corrective actions.Work closely with production teams to maximise equipment availability and performance.Assist with continuous improvement projects focused on safety, reliability, quality an
