The Role - Assistant Quantity Surveyor My client are looking for an experienced AQS to join the commercial team, working closely with the Surveying Director. You will be responsible for: Assisting in the preparation of cost estimates, budgets, and tender documents Support the management of subcontractor packages, including procurement, valuations, and payments Monitor project costs and report on cost variations and financial performance Support the commercial team in contract administration and ensuring compliance with contract terms Previous experience in an AQS role in the construction industry is essential This is a great opportunity to work in a close-knit team, with real progression opportunities.
