Due to continued growth, they now seek to appoint an Intermediate Quantity Surveyor to join their Regional Commercial team in Mid-Kent on a permanent basis. Projects are a combination of mid to high-end traditional build developments ranging from 50 - multiphased to 300-unit schemes. This is a newly created role to help support the continued growth within the region.Your new roleReporting to a commercial manager and working closely with a senior surveyor for support, you will be responsible for all commercial activity across 2 existing Kent-based schemes supporting the successful delivery of projects from restart through to final account.
