Position:STOCK CONTROLLER / WAREHOUSE OPERATIVE (Late Shift)Location:AylesburySalary:£26,500 - £28,000 per annumOur client, a growing and forward-thinking business, is seeking an experienced Stock Controller / Warehouse Operative to join their busy late shift team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a keen eye for detail and a passion for maintaining efficient and accurate stock management within a fast-paced environment.Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 2:00pm - 10:00pmMain Responsibilities:Manage and maintain accurate stock levels across all warehouse areasConduct regular stock checks, cycle counts, and reconciliations to ensure data accuracyProcess goods in and goods out, ensuring correct documentation and system updatesPick, pack, and dispatch orders efficiently while maintaining quality and accuracy standardsPerform quality control checks on outbound products and returnsOrganise and maintain a clean, structured warehouse environmentAssist with refurbishment, sorting, and reallocation of old or returned stockSupport the Warehouse Supervisor with continuous improvement of stock control proceduresRecord discrepancies and report stock variances to managementAbout You:Proven experience in stock control, inventory management, or warehouse operationsHigh attention to detail and strong numerical accuracyCompetent with warehouse management systems (WMS) or stock tracking software (training provided if needed)Takes pride in maintaining an organised and efficient work
