What you''ll be doingAs an Electrical Design Engineer, you will have the following accountabilities;o Create electrical designs and procure specialist packages in heavy industries.o Design LV electrical distribution systems.o Create the following documentation: Specifications and Datasheets, Cable Calculations and Schedules, Drawings (via CAD team).o Review and check manufacturer document / information for compliance withproject specifications.o Develop and maintain relationships with relevant technical consultants andsuppliers.

Who we''re looking forQualities and experience:o Must be proficient in Trimble (Amtech) ProDesign.o Clear focus on collaboration and building relationships with other designers andproject teams to deliver cost effective and acceptable design solutiono Ability to communicate effectively at all levels and write clearly and succinctlyo Promote innovation and continuous improvement in design.o Excellent IT Skills are desirable.o Microsoft Office experience is essential including Word, Excel, Teams, SharePoint.o Detailed knowledge of codes of practice and other regulatory material.o Experience in a broad range of heavy industries such as Petrochemical, PowerGeneration, Renewables and Nuclear.Beneficial experience:o Design of HV electrical systemso Use of AutoCAD and/or Revit softwareo Use of Dialux or Relux softwareo Use of SKM, ETAP, Digsilent, PSCAD softwareo Design of ATEX systems
