This is a long-term role with the potential to become permanent for the right person.The school are looking for someone enthusiastic, proactive and committed to helping children make progress both academically and socially. The successful candidate will work closely with the class teacher to deliver engaging lessons, provide small group and individual support, and help create a positive, inclusive learning environment.While this role is mainly focused on classroom-based support, there will also be opportunities to assist pupils with mild additional needs, ensuring they can access learning confidently and feel supported throughout the day.The Role:Support the Year 3 class teacher in delivering engaging and inclusive lessonsProvide 1:1 and small group support to pupils where requiredAssist with classroom organisation, preparation of resources, and learning displaysEncourage positive behaviour, independence, and pupil engagementWork collaboratively with the SENCo and wider staff team to meet pupil needsContribute to a warm, nurturing, and well-structured classroom environmentThe Ideal Candidate:Level 2 or 3 T
