Group Accountant (Part Qualified)The Client:

Real Estate Investment firmThe location:

London City Centre (4 days in office)Responsibilities

Assist with the corporate finance matter including entity-level reporting, treasury managementAssist with annual budgeting and forecasting and further ad hoc tasks requested from stakeholdersSupport on consolidated Group reports to Senior Management including Management accounts, regulatory reportingPrepare variance analysis and reporting to date vs forecastsAssist in the preparation of quarterly CFO papers for Global Executive CommitteeCo-ordinate with other stakeholders like Tax, Reg Reporting team etcAssist with projects and any system implementationsQualifications

Part Qualified (ACCA / CIMA)Experience in a similar position, dealing with management accounts, FPandA and dealing with senior stakeholdersExperience in Real Estate is preferred but not a necessityStrong Microsoft skills (Excel and Office)Experience with Microsoft Dynamics is advantageousWe are happy to provide application and/or accessibility support, please contact your Marks Sattin or Grafton consultant directly to discuss your needs.
