We have a new opportunity for an experienced Medical Negligence Solicitor to join a highly regarded Medical Negligence Team, due to continued growth and succession planning.Responsibilities

Lead complex, high-value clinical negligence cases, including catastrophic birth injuries, surgical errors, misdiagnoses, and other serious medical incidents.Maintain and grow an established professional network and reputation.Mentor and support the development of junior team members.Play an active role in business development and thought leadership within the field of medical negligence.Support the team in delivering high-quality outcomes for patients and their families.Qualifications

A qualified solicitor with at least 7 years PQE.Experienced in handling complex, high-value medical negligence claims.Passionate about supporting individuals and families affected by serious medical harm.A confident leader with the drive to grow the team and the practice.Proven track record in clinical negligence work with successful outcomes.On Offer
