• Assist senior agents with property viewings and valuations
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential properties
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and property owners
• Prepare and present property listings to potential buyers or tenants
• Negotiate contracts and terms of sale or lease agreements
• Provide excellent customer service throughout the buying or renting process
• Stay up-to-date with market trends and property regulations

• No prior experience required, but a passion for real estate is essential
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong negotiation abilities
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Full UK driving license
