To support this, they are recruiting their first Business Analyst - a vital role that will help bridge the gap between IT and business teams to ensure they successfully capture, design, and deliver future-fit business processes.The Business Analyst will play a central role in the ERP transformation journey. Reporting into the IT team, you will work closely with stakeholders across the organisation to capture existing (''as-is'') business processes, identify gaps and inefficiencies, and help define the ''to-be'' future state in line with strategic goals and operational needs.You will act as the key link between business teams and technical partners, helping shape the functional specifications that will inform system configuration and implementation.
