We are seeking a dedicated Panel Beater to be a key player for our clients team, based in Uxbridge.Key Responsibilities As a Panel Beater, you''ll be instrumental in leading and repairing damaged vehicles in line with the manufacturers'' specifications utilising modern equipment and techniques. Your primary responsibilities will include: Identify required parts and communicate needs via repair orders Follow approved repair procedures, including correct welding and glass bonding methods Manufacturer Body Repair component replacement and mechanical sequences Work independently to manage time and workload in a busy workshop environment Carry out quality control and inspection procedures as required by the bodyshop Understand vehicle legislation and apply relevant trade practices Skills and Experience Minimum 3 years experience in panel beating and vehicle body repair Strong knowledge of automotive systems and repair techniques Skilled in using chassis straightening (jig) equipment and panel beating tools Familiar with manufacturer repair procedures, welding, and glass bonding Able to work independently in a fast-paced, workshop environment Strong awareness of health and safety standards and quality control processes Remuneration and Benefits £40,000 - £45,000 OTE of £60,000
