Demonstrable experience of global Equities market structure and workflows, including regulatory responsibilities, electronic trading workflows that support cash Equities and Listed Derivatives asset classes, including a solid understanding of algorithms

Experience overseeing implementation and support of various technology platforms, including significant transformation projects and high profile strategic projects.

Experienced leader, able to drive successful outcomes in an agile environment within financial services.

Ability to objectively develop a production support roadmap, recommend and negotiate appropriate priorities across multiple stakeholder with conflicting priorities.

Ability to identify and negotiate appropriate budget to support delivery requirements.

Experience managing small to medium teams and facilitating positive outcomes in a large financial services organisation.
