The client already uses Aspect CTRM/ION Aspect, and the role will focus on requirements capture, process analysis, functional specification, testing support, stakeholder engagement and delivery of enhancements across the platform and related systems. The successful candidate will work closely with trading, operations, risk, finance and technology stakeholders to support change across the front-to-back commodity trading life cycle. Key responsibilities Gather, analyse and document business requirements across trading, operations, risk, finance and technology. Review current-state business processes and define future-state improvements. Produce functional specifications, user stories, process flows, acceptance criteria and test scenarios. Support delivery of enhancements, configuration changes and process improvements within Aspect CTRM. Work with developers, support teams and vendors to clarify requirements and resolve delivery issues. Support UAT, defect triage, release planning and post-go-live validation.
