This job is part of the Engineering and Technical Services job function. They are responsible for providing support, preventive maintenance, and repairs on equipment and systems. Responsibilities and daily activities: Conduct reactive repairs to building fabric elements General plumbing repairs and sanitaryware replacements (e.g. taps, toilet parts etc.) General building, groundworks, and landscaping repairs such as repointing, levelling paving slabs, fence repairs Minor joinery works e.g. minor repairs to doors/windows Assist with office and desk relocations Decoration works (infrequent) Supporting other members of the eningeering team with their duties Assist with installation and modification of equipment/systems Review assigned work orders and estimate the time and materials needed to complete repairs.
