A leading London practice is seeking a Senior Architect with a strong track record in designing and delivering schools. This role is ideal for a proven team leader passionate about creating inspiring, sustainable educational spaces and mentoring junior talent.

The Role:

• Lead multiple school projects from concept to completion.
• Manage client relationships, presentations, and engagement with stakeholders.
• Oversee small teams, coordinating design and delivery across multi-disciplinary projects.
• Contribute to business growth, PR, and winning new work.

You Will Have:

• Significant experience in DfE-funded school projects, including refurbishment and new build.
• RIBA/ARB Part 3 (or equivalent) with substantial post-qualification experience.
• Proficiency in Revit and strong presentation/drawing skills.
• Interest in MMC construction methods and sustainable design.
• Ability to manage complex projects (-15M - -20m) while mentoring junior staff.

Desirable:

• Higher Education experience, through all RIBA stages
• Level 2 BIM knowledge.
• Technical Advisor experience on education projects.
