Are you someone who enjoys working independently, being on the road, and staying active? We are looking for a Driver and Loader to join our growing team. You will be equipped with a modern company van, which you can take home, along with all necessary tools including a fuel card, PPE, mobile phone, and equipment to perform your duties safely and professionally.Day-to-day of the role:Deliver outstanding customer service on every job.Drive, maintain, and keep your vehicle clean and presentable.Lift and load various waste streams into company vehicles.Use a handheld PDA to receive jobs and complete digital worksheets.Communicate clearly with the office team and provide accurate updates.Complete daily vehicle walk-around checks and report any defects promptly.You will receive comprehensive in-house training and ongoing support to ensure your success in the role.Required Skills and Qualifications:Valid UK driving licence with no major endorsements.Good communication skills and a positive attitude.Reliable and self-motivated, comfortable with physical work.Must have a safe place to park the company vehicle overnight.Previous driving or waste industry experience is preferred but not essential.
