You will lead the planning, development, execution and ROI measurement of marketing campaigns to generate awareness and demand from target prospect and customer segments, with a focus on ABM and the mid-market segment. Success in this role will be measured by net new and new contract pipeline contributions achieved by reaching, influencing and converting target accounts and key personas.Responsibilities
Develop and execute high-impact, integrated demand generation campaigns to achieve revenue and pipeline goals for target segments using omnichannel, integrated demand management strategies.Manage the planning and delivery of all advertising programs executed in platforms such as 6Sense, Google, LinkedIn and other B2B digital and off-line marketing channels, to deliver marketing qualified accounts (MQAs) and MQLs to SalesWork cross-functionally within the marketing organisation as well as with sales and other teams, to design and orchestrate impactful, targeted campaignsImplement best practice in efforts to create standardised Marketing plays, reporting and dashboards for target market segments, that deliver funnel impactWork cross-functionally and with third party relationships as required to ensure programs are delivered on time and budgetSkills, Knowledge and Experience required
7+ years of proven multi-channel B2B marketing experience targeting enterprise buyersA proactive self-starter, demonstrating high initiative and critical thinking. Proven ability to think strategically, but with exceptional attention to detail in execution.Positive, can-do attitude, with the ability to work with marketing and sales professionals, and ability to prioritise numerous projects simultaneouslyExperience building and managing multi-channel ABM campaigns using 6Sense or a similar platformUnderstanding of pipeline management and ABM metricsExcellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal skills are a mustComfortable presenting campaign concepts and results to Sales and other senior stakeholdersStrong influencing and relationship-building skillsTeam player with ability to work independently and autonomouslyFlexibility to adjust to the dynamic nature of a startupHands on experience with CRM and MAP platforms, such as Salesforce, MarketoPerformance Indicators
